Order Cancellation

At Accthetic, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your order. We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within 1 day from the time of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase, and cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Confirmation: Our customer support team will confirm the status of your order and whether it is eligible for cancellation. If it has not yet entered processing, we will initiate the cancellation process.

  3. Refund Process: If your order is successfully canceled, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Exceptions

  • Customized or Engraved Items: Orders for customized or engraved items cannot be canceled once production has begun, typically within 2 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation.

Changes to Your Order

If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., update shipping address or modify item quantities), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated if the order has not yet entered processing.
